Speaker. Panelist. Moderator.
As a clinical psychotherapist, I speak and write nationally on mental health, positivity and hope in people’s lives and relationships.
I am the founder of Hope Psychotherapy where I specialize in therapy for adults, adolescents, and their families and meet them where they are in their growth journey to bring them where they want to be in life.
I have taken my my couples therapy training with The Gottman Institute and created HOPE Station, an online community for those seeking healthy relationships. I offer workshops, group support and my expertise as a speaker on positivity in relationships. My psychodynamic approach, coupled with my primary modality of CBT, make me a therapist you want in your corner.
Nationally, I am a contributor to The Son Rise Project, a support network for adolescent boys and have appeared on radio and podcasts nationwide.
And in case I haven't mentioned it, I'm educated with my Masters in Social Work from the University of MD Baltimore School of Social Work. But I'm also a career switcher and understand a thing or two about transitions. In the 90s, I received an MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and worked in Corporate Marketing and Strategy for over 20 years.
